The grapes for this wine were grown, processed and bottled on the Paul Bettio King Valley Estate.
A full bodied wine that exhibits red capsicum,cassis and blackberry aromas, with lingering chocolate and spicy fruit flavours. Matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak, contributing to the soft tannins.
This wine is well suited to slow cooked lamb shanks, venison and other dishes with supplely flavoured sauces.
