The wine is a blend of the classic sparkling grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A very refreshing non-vintage wine with a clean, crisp, medium dry finish and hints of pear and stonefruit flavours.
Sparkling wines are very versatile, and ours is no exception, being suited to a wide range of food - especially fresh seafoods, or savour a glass on any festive occasion.
