The fruit for this wine was sourced from our Cheshunt vineyard, processed and bottled on the Paul Bettio King Valley Estate.
The Chardonnay grapes were crushed and lightly pressed to stainlesss steel tanks and allowed to cold settle for twenty four hours. Once settled, the juice was racked from its solids and yeast added to allow 100% stainless steel fermentation to retain its' fruit characters.
Our 2010 Chardonnay is a medium dry style with gentle stone fruit characters - hints of peach, honeydew with a crisp clean finish.
A fresh, delicate wine, without the influence of oak.
This chardonnay is a lovely accompaniment to a variety of dishes e.g. fresh scallop pasta, grilled chicken & salad, or crackers and cheese.
