The 2009 vintage began with excellent spring rains, was hampered by the extended February heatwave, but finished well with minimal losses and very pleasing fruit quality across all varieties. A crisp and stylish dry white, gentle passionfruit and lychee aromas are followed by hints of snow pea on a clean, refreshing, medium bodied palate. A lovely wine to accompany fresh asparagus, whiting and salad dishes with a splash of olive oil.
