This fruit for this wine was grown on our Cheshunt vineyard, processed and bottled on the Paul Bettio King Valley Estate.
A lovely smooth wine with lots of dark fruits true to its italian origins.The wine has been aged in seasoned French and American oak. Vanilla and spice aromas accompany dark red cherry, raspberry and currant flavours;displaying a soft palate and a fine tannin structure with well balanced acidity.
This scrumptious Barbera is well suited to hearty casseroles like Osso Bucco and other dishes with strongly flavoured sauces.
